Dr. Vergara and Vanessa Robledo presented materials for using EF5 for flash flood forecasting to SERVIR science officers at NASA.

The team joined other IIHR staff and research members in this engagement opportunity to interact with local, state, and federal partners of the Iowa Flood Center.

IIHR hosted a Short Series Lecture on Dynamic Data Assimilation by Professor S. Lakshmivarahan from The University of Oklahoma, organized by AHWA's PI Humberto Vergara for the research community in the College of Engineering.
