AHWA is a research laboratory focusing on applied science topics in hydrology and early warning of water-related hazards such as floods, flash floods and landslides. We conduct our research through computer-based modeling, remote-sensing, in-situ observations, and data-driven methods to address scientific questions in hydrology and develop tools that support decision making in operational environments.
